Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2012

The Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2012 were held on Thursday 21 February 2013 at Cardiff City Stadium. 
Hosted by comedy actor David Walliams, these prestigious annual awards were attended by over 640 industry professionals, who celebrated excellence within the Welsh contact centre and shared service industry.
