The Welsh Contact Centre Awards will be held on Friday 9 March 2018 at the Wales Millennium Centre. There are three main table packages available based on a table of 12.

The ticket price below includes access to the Drinks Reception, Awards Ceremony, 3-Course Gala Dinner, Entertainment and an allocation of Table Wine.

VIP: £2250+VAT 
Table of 12 offering priority location plus priority bar and dinner service and includes 2 bottles of champagne, 4 bottles of wine plus 2 bottles of mineral water. 

PREMIER: £1850+VAT 
Table of 12 located in the middle of the room and includes 4 bottles of table wine plus mineral water. 

STANDARD: £1500+VAT 
Table of 12 at the rear of the venue (limited views) and includes 4 bottles of table wine plus mineral water.

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS - NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
Please note: Due to the high demand for tickets and limited availability booking priority is given to finalists, contact centres and sponsors. Please contact us directly to discuss options.

Terms & Conditions of Booking

Please note that cancellation fees are applicable on all sponsorship and table bookings: 

Within 90 days of the event = 75% of total. 
Within 60 days of the event = 100% of total.
